Something that’s absolutely critical in copywriting is to incorporate appropriate PROOF elements.
Testimonials are one of the most frequently used proof elements and I’ve taken a look at that topic recently in the videos from John Carlton’s “Copywriting Checklist” series.
But there are many other proof elements you can use.
Tony Flores, associate of Clayton Makepeace, has just made available a brief report that details 23 proof and credibility techniques. It’s a great summary to have in your copy “toolkit” to remind you both of the importance of including proof in your copy and the different ways you can do so.
